Just a few points about this: First, this is just a kid. That is no excuse for this stupidity, but like acne, it will go away in most people, The problem, a few will carry it on into adult life and so it needs to be stopped. Second, like kids writting on the bathroom wall in Grade 9, it incites other kids to add more intense stupidity. I would say, like courts do for other offenders of a young age, retract what you say and don't do it again or go home.
The solution to the problem is easy and certainly low to no risk:
Make a complaint to the Human Rights Commission.
He's a kid. He's in his mid-20's and that makes him most certainly an adult.
