    Education, education and more education. It's the best way to get them off the streets and to show them the life that's possible if they stick to it.
    And "right on" to the Chiefs that are telling people to get off their asses. You're not going to get anywhere sitting on your ass, complaining, while living off the government.

    I wonder what some of the more progressive Chiefs would think about an alcohol and tobacco ban on Reserves?

    Lots of reserves have an alcohol ban. Tobacco is sacred to them, though so that won't work.
