Over the past year, Liberal Leader Stephane Dion's approval rating has plummeted across Canada, according to a new Strategic Counsel poll.

say what a difference between this poll and the ipsos poll that claimed he was surging in alberta .
i bet this one is more accurate .

was reading article a whole huge 5% found dion "very favourable " and i bet that counted his friends and relatives .
