I'm a red head and I married a blonde. Cursing a kid with red hair & freckles was not a consideration for me when I got married. Granted, red heaired chicks are hot, but where my sister has red hair I always found the prospect of dating a red haired girl to be slightly creepy to me. Also, my wife is quite the hottie even 20 years after I married her so I have zero regrets.

Sweetie, try BEING someone with pasty white skin. 45spf sunscreen is not an option for me. And we don't tan, we freckle. The upside is that if you freckle enough it looks like you have a tan with a couple of white spots here and there and then it stays on you all through the winter. 8)

    Redheds becoming extinct? Doubtful.

They said the same thing about blonds...a while back....apparently the blond gene is not a dominant gene like red hair.

It's sort like the black cat/white cat cross.......

Red hair can be dormant (rercessive) for several generations and the pop up inconveniently. No memory of red-headed parents or grandparents and then a red headed kid. meanwhile the new priest (or whatever has red hair)-----OH OH.

Red Fox the black comedien is an excellant example. Red hair is sufficiently dominent to over-ride the very dominant afro-genetics.
