Jealousy behind 15-year-old's alleged plan to get rid of her teenage rival

Stefanie Rengel was killed on the orders of a jealous, controlling 15-year-old girl, a police source said yesterday. "The 15-year-old was very jealous and controlling and wanted this done," the source said.
