    Boo-hoo-hoo. Poor Eastern Irving Shipyards.

    Is there anyone on the east coast that even builds submarines? There's quite a few here on the west coast.

    None of the boats have been fully certified to fire torpedoes.


    I'm sorry, but besides being holes in the water where you can place large amounts of money, what good are they?
