Something to be proud of Quebec!
but actually the county/area i live in has not seen an murders either , so some areas haven't seen much crime this year and others the opposite it all depends on the city .
It has to be the poutine!
Actually, it probably has more to do with seperatism.
No one kills each other up there because chance's are it's another seperatist and they need as many people as possible!
all the murderers from Quebec moved to Calgary. They were disappointed when they found out you had to work for a living out here, they chose the easy life of crime

Read some of Kenmore's posts and you'll see where it comes from

And yet that is exactly how Quebec is viewed outside of the east. So not that I condone either one but neither party has room to bitch on this.
By the way, for Quebec City to have accomplished a murder free year is absolutely outstanding. It's gotta be more than the police, the schools, churches, social systems in place or the poutine and good wine. Something is being done right in that city.
Way to friggin go eh'
That couldn't have been flaming prior to that last post...I'm sure I must be mistaken.
I wonder if there are openings for homicide detectives in Quebec City, that sounds like a cushy job.
