Starbucks employee sues over coffee shop noise

former Starbucks barista with an ear condition is suing the company for $4 million because she says noise levels in the Manhattan coffee shop where she worked were too high.

Joyce Cohen does not sound like she is playing with a full deck of cards.

Starbucks is not responsible for her discomfort.

If she suffers from hyperacusis,then she should take steps to place herself in environments with less noise.

Good greif,what will she do next,sue the state of New York for traffic noise???
