Imagine that. A lock of John Lennon's hair sold for $48,000 Wednesday in an auction of Beatles' memorabilia collected by the band's hairdresser.

I am a huge John Lennon fan,but never in my right mind would I spend
$48 000 to buy a lock of his hair.lol

I would not spend $48,000 on the hair of anyone, even Eva Mendes. I may pay it for her toenail clippings though.
