Well Ryan29, you'd assume pumping out researches that back your claim before proposing a treaty would be in good measure.

I mean, I'm not saying this research can't be untrue or anything, but I won't really blame anyone for using it to back a treaty (if that's the case at all) since, well, it's normal for a treaty to be backed with stuff like that.
