Wow just heard that Harper may be called to testify at The Schreiber /MUlroney hearings... be cool to see if testify ..get caught in his lies..then Liberals get a new leader ..say Justin Trudeau and then let's see the Reform/Conservatives sink faster than our reputation throughout the world for not signing onto the Kyoto agreement..

guess average canadians weren't paying much attention to the mulroney thing or they didn't see it as a reason to punish conservative government .

either way i expect the current minority to continue for a while until maybe budget or another confidence vote comes up . as unsure why anyone wants a winter election when polls aren't good for any oppositon parties anyways.

....for not signing onto the Kyoto agreement..
Actually the Liberals did sign on to the Kyoto agreement, and then did nothing to implement it.

They did not do much as they were in a minority government also so they were not able to gain support from ...guess what party... Harper's..every other party including the Bloc support Kyoto Harper's only support was to water down the Kyoto and the Liberals would not go along with it... Also interetsting how Australia signed on fully as soon as the new government there was elected eh?? The people there voted in a new government and when we get a chance to express our voice in the next election, hopefully Harper will be ousted.. then we can start saving lives by not only getting the hell out of Afghanistan, but also sign onto Kyoto thus protecting the environment and stop being a pawn of George Bush that Australia was and we are now..

Canadians are being told that they all hate Mulroney but the poll I saw had more people trusting him than Chretien.

Etannas: If we want a closer relationship with commuunist dictators and murderous thugs like castro, we'll call you're buddy Justin. Till then, he can do back to doing nothing.
You'd better look into that new government of Austrailia too because their waffling on the Kyoto numbers they signed up for.

Just like Dion and the Libs, writting checks they have no hope in cashing.

Kyoto has some interesting supporters.

    Communist Party of Canada (Marxist-Leninist)

Of course they would like to see a Socialized world where the rich support all the poor nations via Kyoto.

Wow wonder what your responses or replies will be when Justin Trudeau is the Prime Minister of Canada???.... we had the best reputation throughout the world when his Dad was in power.. And you should also note that Cuba has the best medical system in the world! ..unlike us or the USA... In regards to Justin Trudeau...
Harper is doing is being a pawn to one of the most subtle dictators ever but people are catching on quickly..George Bush!!!

It is gonna be a blast to see Harper get broiled by the LIberals, NDP and Bloc during the Schrieber hearings if he is called to testifty.. and hilarious to see the Conservatives waffle and walk on eggshells with their questioning of "Bush-Lite" (Harper).... LOLOLOL

I do expect no intelligent rebuttals to my posting now... LOLOL

An intelligent rebuttal requires an intelligent statement, care to make one?

hold on second your a little bit ahead of yourself justin trudeau isn't even an mp yet , prime minister ? is a bit of a stretch , first dion would have to lose next election , give up leadership , then trudeau would have to beat at least 4 other strong contenders in future leadership race , and if dion loses next election harper might get a majority so next election could be 4 years away .

cuba ? you want canada to be like cuba , honestly give me a break .

    ROTFL ROTFL ROTFL ROTFL ROTFL

You've got to be kidding. Even on his best day there aren't enough long haired, VW driving, granol crunching, morons left in this country to get that twit elected PM.

I think you might have missed the boat somewhere along the line. It isn't the 1960's, free love doesn't reign, Haight Ashbury isn't a giant commune anymore, Timothy Leary is dead and Trudeau mania is fucking over.

    Get a grip man.
