Representatives of Quebec's northern Inuit signed an agreement in principle Wednesday with Quebec and the federal government to establish new powers of self-government.

    Ziggy and the Nunavut :D

    Nunavut is composed of Ziggy plus a few others.

    Nunavut could be considered a Territory and could establish their own governement !

    Quebec actually wants to recognized Nunavut as to have a representative in the provincial assembly.
