    It's both. The storm system that caused the flooding is called the Pineapple Express. It's a system that comes up from Hawaii with warm air and incomprehensible amounts of rain.

    The original story has been changed, it was only about Boston Bar, I guess CTV upgraded the story to include all of Canada, pushing the BB story to the bottom.

    I had one of those on my head once, when I was in Thailand. Lasted for 10 minutes, roads were gone :lol:
