President Vladimir Putin's party, United Russia, won Russia's parliamentary election on Sunday, official results indicated after more than half the votes were counted.

    sorry, i dont agree.. russia's most unstable period in the last 100 years was the "democracy" of the early 90's.. and they made a complete disaster of the country..

    some peoples can handle democracy.. some can't

    Great, despite the landslide, the Russians are accusing the US of tampering the vote. Why the hell would we tamper the vote if we knew it was futile.

    I swear this inncident and the whole are causing earthquakes really has me worried.

    I think the accusations were that Putin's party was fixing the election.
