Harper pays tribute to Nfld. ship crew, rescuers

PORT DE GRAVE, Nfld. — Stephen Harper came to this picturesque village to pay tribute to the six-man crew of the Nautical Legacy that caught fire last spring and to the rescue workers who plucked them out of the frigid Atlantic Ocean.
