DAR ES SALAAM, Tanzania – Prime Minister Stephen Harper announced today that Canada is pumping $105 million over five years into improving health care in Africa and Asia.

    Now only if the money were to get to the people who do the work, like Doctors without borders, and other worth while organizations.

    UNICEF not sure about them, how did they do during the tsunami?
