Prime Minister Stephen Harper is facing heavy political pressure to agree to binding targets for greenhouse gas emissions as Commonwealth summit delegates in Uganda attempt to form a strong, united front in the fight against climate change.

Hey let's get real,if G.W.B. dosen't agree with global warming why should Stephen Harpo. Other than China, Canada and the U.S. are the only major powers that still have their heads up their ass re: global warming. Hmm, I wonder what colour the sky is up there?

Soon Harper will be alone period, George will be long gone and the Republicans go back into their caves as soon as the election is over.
Harper will be in a shrinking world when it comes to friends, and he will only succeed in giving this country another black eye.

It would appear that the commonwealth is in trouble deep.

It would appear that Harper is the only one who can be trusted to chew gum and walk. The rest are basing their policies on a science fiction movie. Do not think that there will be a sea-change about GW when bush leaves....Gore will never be president......even if he does want to rule the world.

Currently only the lunatic fringe endorses GW in the US and the agenda is slowly dying in Canada.
GW is less popular than Dion and he is not pushing it....in fact he hopes it would go away.
