Yeah! I know what you mean but hemorrhage is more an acute problem than the chronic threat of lead poisoning. I carried at least one slug for 20 years without much difficulty...until it moved.

Well it shift and started rubbing the bone....the onset was so slow that it's absence after surgery was more noticable. The surgery was for orthopedic repair of my shoulder.....another occupational hazard from jumping from perfectly good airplanes.
