Young, drunken rowdies, disrupting peaceful pot smokers, have killed the Victoria tradition of weekly marijuana rallies. The pungent smell of pot, drifting over Ted Smith's Wednesday smoke-ins, has been part of Victoria culture for 12 years.

    Oh no, your pot parties are ruined... the whole lot should be arrested or slapped with a four figure fine anyway.

    Oh I know its illegal. But then so was alcohol during prohibition, think of this as an extended prohibition. There are things out there that are far worse than pot, that the police should and need to be focused on.
