Guy shows his metal in Iron Chef

Rubino, whose pan-Asian dishes at Rain routinely involve such kitchen wizardry as food dehydrators and flavour-enhancing enzymes, last week competed in Manhattan on Iron Chef America for an episode to air early in the new year.
