Investigators begin probe into why a small plane hit B.C. apartment building

Investigators with the Transportation Safety Board were spending Saturday sifting through the wreckage of a small plane that crashed into an apartment building in the Vancouver suburb of Richmond, killing the pilot and injuring two people in the building.
