Quebec racist website returns to internet

According to the article it's the fault of the Americans and their distaste for anti-hate legislation.

Yesterday I golfed with two French Canadians who used to be French Quebecers and lived in Quebec for over 45 years.

They finally moved out of Quebec and they told my wife and I that Quebec is the largest racist and biggoted Province in Canada. Alain also mentioned that hatemongers are very much alive and well there as well..

They would love to see Quebec separate from Canada so that Prince Ruperts Land would then return to Canada and Quebec would make Haiti look like a great 5th world country.

Some of the stories these two guys told us after the game was sickening but obviously true.

My hometown in Northeastern Ontario took in 11,000 ex-Quebecers who could no longer stand the racism and bigotry that went on there and still does to this very day.
