The deputy PM and the MP that signed on to the inquiry have an NDA to gag them but any other sitting member in the house could read out the names in the house without legal issues.
I am all for the names being released and we cauterize this as fast as possible even if some innocents are issued a scarlet letter. In order to clear the air in the house this is required.

Using a flaw in the system does not make it ethical. It's still assumed guilt without an investigation or trial.
Green Leader Elizabeth May says there's no list of disloyal MPs in unredacted NSICOP report
Green Party Leader Elizabeth May says she's read the original version of a highly-publicized intelligence watchdog's report on foreign interference and she doesn't believe any of her House of Commons colleagues knowingly betrayed their country.
This is not what was told when this became public. We were told there was a spectrum of a rouges gallery of useful idiots to outright collision.
May said the one troubling case in NSICOP's report involved a former MP who maintained a relationship with a foreign intelligence officer.
The report says that, according to the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS), the MP "sought to arrange a meeting in a foreign state with a senior intelligence official and also proactively provided the intelligence officer with information provided in confidence."
May said that person, who was not named in the unredacted report, should be fully investigated by police.
Case in point. Going the judicial route here is not the appropriate remedy and MPs need to be reminded of the extreme risk it is to take aid from foreign benefactors in a political environment that seems to have very few norms left. I am all for ANY named members being sacked regardless of intent to serve as a warning to the rest in order to restore integrity to the house of commons.
NDP’s Jagmeet Singh says report shows ‘a number of MPs’ have helped foreign states
Singh said Thursday he is “more alarmed today” after reading an unredacted version of a report on foreign interference by the National Security and Intelligence Committee of Parliamentarians.
Singh said previously that if the full report showed any New Democrat MP knowingly took part in meddling, he would remove them from caucus.
He indicated Thursday that he would not be taking such action.
The NDP called that bluff and are not pulling any of their MP's. There are TWO parties that have rats in their nests and clearly the libs have more problems than the cons of this. The NDP are letting the libs twists in the wind because they can and this is entirely in the court of the libs to clean this mess up fast or go down in flames.
Casting doubt on Parliament does nothing for any party that does it. There is no upside. Any accusations made by one party on another will only reflect badly on the first party when it comes out that they too had someone loyal to 'the motherland' and betray a confidence. And all parliamentarians can share in that shame.
Refer charges to the RCMP, and cut the guilty people out of running again. Casting shade on the system diminishes Canadians trust in the whole system, not just one party.
Foreign interference: to be alarmed, or not to be alarmed?
PM has been sitting on this for months and the opposition is taking point. This makes zero sense, where is the coherent policy beyond craven lust for power? Currently this is a pissing contest between PP and JT and Canadians are sick of both of them. Throwing this to the RCMP is not going to make this go away and neither is another committee. JT has not staked out his position and is just as consistent as PP position on climate change in that they want to ignore it and hope it goes away.

Names of nations were redacted. Why? They are not people and have not be assigned rights under the charter.
