Good. Declawing is the worst thing you could do to an animal.

    Ditto.

Trimming cat's claws is not fun but having a method to it, doing it quick and providing treats afterwards is a far better way to deal with it than mutilating its body.

I never understood ear and tail cropping.

I knew someone many years ago who had their dog's vocal cords removed because it barked a lot whenever someone walked down the hallway of the apartment building they lived in. The poor dog was so clearly distressed afterwards.

Among the regulation's other provisions are bans on euthanasia by inhalation, leashing an animal without a collar, mating animals whose sizes are incompatible and feeding meat to pet pigs.

DNA testing says my sisters' dog is 40% dachshund, 40% Alaskan Malamute.

That equation dos not balance in any direction.

And feeding meat to pigs just makes them obese, like feeding grain to ruminants. Not good for the digestion of either animal.
