BCE Inc. is selling off 45 of its 103 regional radio stations as it cuts nine per cent of its workforce, including journalists and other workers at its Bell Media subsidiary.

    This is Lisa LaFlamme redux without the social casche. I don't hold a grudge against the shareholders, they are playing the game as set out by the legislation our government has enacted.

    Radio sucks, I used to listen to the top 40 rock stations from waking to driving home from work. Till the morning program started calling people randomly and telling them their loved one was in a terrible crash . . . just because.

    I've listened to nothing but CBC since.
