Tens of thousands of people attending the Burning Man festival in the Nevada desert are being told to conserve food, water and fuel as they shelter in place in the Black Rock Desert after a heavy rainstorm pummelled the area, festival organizers said.

    Yes! I am laughing at the whole concept of 'influencers', and the fact that they likely all have the same STI with no working toilets.

    At least they have to experience some kind of adversity. The organizers of Burning Man have been trying to cut down on all the influencers who get premium packages and spend the whole time Glamping instead of being self sufficient which was the original intent of Burning Man.

    I mean…a desert in Nevada in the summer….would you expect rain?

    To be fair though, they got hit by what sounds like an atmospheric river: they got a months worth of rain in a day.

    After suggesting the rain was sent by God (she didn’t provide a reason for God’s wrath, just a vague suggestion the almighty is out to get the liberals), Greene addressed this muddy quagmire by telling Jones it was all part of a radical left-wing plot to get people to care about climate change.
