Horse-dragged video sees Ontario woman charged

A 23-year-old Ontario woman has been charged under the provincial welfare services act after a graphic video of a horse being dragged surfaced online. One video shows the horse being pulled with ropes as its back hooves drag along a road.

WARNING - The video is fucking disturbing.

Useless, horrible bitch deserves to be treated the same way. She should be watched very closely as someone who is this cruel to a beautiful creature would likely do the same to another or a child.

Not even going to open that. I've known too many good horses, and too many bad people to see it.
