Customers are frustrated and ticked off at these add-ons fees — which appear with little explanation and can add up to more than the cost of the energy used.

"Delivery Fees" always pissed me off. You are charging me for maintaining the wires you use to sell me power? And you are charging me more this month, for the wires that have been there 30 years?

Imagine if a cell provider charged you extra to use the tower that has been there for decades.
