P.E.I., Puerto Rico lobby for export of potatoes to resume

P.E.I. potato growers and politicians are lobbying for the export of fresh potatoes to Puerto Rico to resume. Potatoes are one of Puerto Rico's biggest imports and there's no risk of spreading potato wart, as potatoes aren't grown domestically.
