Fair, both countries see people as things that you can use to clear minefields and absorb a staggering amount of gunfire, so them giving money to a bunch of terrorists doesn't surprise me.

Oh, I have no delusions that they are not. But China is our second largest trading partner, and twice impeached private citizen had several meetings with Vladimir, and there are no transcripts of those conversations. And no one demanded transcripts of them.
