Cliff note version is that this was a problem several months ago and the Chinese changed the rules so that the reactor was still within acceptable limits. And now it has failed.

Oh, I know China plays fast and loose with the rules. Always have.

But that thumbnail is the Youtube equivalent of click bait. I don't have high hopes for such videos if they are willing to resort to that.

What bugs me is when videos titles tell you how you should react instead of letting you decide what you think. When I see superlatives or buzzwords, I rarely watch it.
