    Carney is gonna run for the liberals and no election till after October so McKenna gets her pension.

    Meh, all MPs believe they deserve those fat pensions - I still remember the Reform MPs promising to opt out of them, but within six months of becoming eligible, almost all of them quietly opted back in so they could cash in too.

    Frankly, I don't have a problem with them getting pensions because they have to put their careers on hold (except for wannabe insurance brokers), but I think it should reflect what us common folk (those that can still qualify for one) get, instead of a full pension after six years of service.
