A teenage girl says she was terrified when the OPP arrested her in front of her home earlier this week. Videos taken by neighbours show police grabbing the girl, pinning her to the ground, putting a knee on her back and swinging her.

Yep, failing to leave someone else's property when you're not welcome is a sympathy killer for sure.

According to the girl, the incident began when she rang her neighbour's doorbell and ran in a game of ding-dong ditch. Later, four police cruisers arrived at the end of her driveway. Her parents were not home at the time.

Seems a little over the top for ringing a doorbell and running. Anyone who claims to have never done that is lying. I fucking guarantee it.

There's more to it than what the girl is telling you. No one got arrested for ding-dong ditch.

Really? The same person who constantly complains about cop over reach and over reaction is going to turn around and say that?

You'd think no one gets shot for carrying a cellphone, but it happens.

Canadian "policing" is the most insulting and creepy in the Western world and I'm not talking about those in uniform.

If you want to know why Europe and others don't trust Canada and why our citizens are at greater risk when they are overseas, I would argue our reputation is at least a contributing factor. The lack of respect for Canada has been glaring and growing for decades.

You can't stand on a soapbox and lecture other nations when these same nations know what is going on in your country.

Your response is precisely why Canadas economy was getting crushed before the Wuhan Virus. We keep losing our best talent while smug Canadians tell themselves how great we are.

It's 2020 and we are socially stuck in the 1950s. Doesn't exactly bode well for our future prospects, unless you are a cop contributing to the demise...
