Cristobal Batters Mexico Before Heading North to U.S. Gulf Coast

Tropical Storm Cristobal brought heavy rain and high winds to southern Mexico Wednesday, and is forecast to re-enter the Gulf of Mexico within a day and track north toward Texas and the Florida panhandle.
