It�s amazing how poorly prepared candidate Bloomberg was for scrutiny on this and a mountain of other matters. He spent a fortune but failed to put the time in. A proper campaign should have started in 2016 and disclosed everything. Billionaires are becoming almost a fourth branch of government in the US. They should be viewed with great suspicion when they run for the presidency as well.
I would say the billionaires have been a forth branch for many years.
