Maybe in 10 years the prices for property there will drop enough that someone besides the ultra elite LEFT can afford to live there. Then again who besides them would want to.

Money attracts the homeless and the fact that the weather is nice and warm is a great bonus. I suggest that if the homeless bother the people with money so much, the money could move to a place where the weather isn't that great, like Greenland.

I don't think the California homeless crisis does bother the "moneyed people."

I wonder if they even notice it in their gated communities or guard patrolled mansions.

The guy who has to drive through or by homeless camps on his way to work though, he'd notice it. The people who have to kick through the human feces and needles on the common streets would notice it for sure.

On the other hand...Malibu.

Yeah, that's starting to cut close to home for the rich, I think. Might start to get interesting.
