A researcher with ties to China was recently escorted out of the National Microbiology Lab in Winnipeg amid an RCMP investigation into what’s being described as a possible "policy breach."

I remember this too. The researcher's brother/cousin (varying stories) was also one of over two hundred researchers the FBI arrested in a sweep in the past thirty days. Lots of bad shit there and the media barely even spoke of it.
