    Russia's prime minister and its entire government resigned Wednesday as part of sweeping constitutional changes that could see President Vladimir Putin extend his hold on power.

    I wonder if they resigned or if they were resigned while being given a one way ticket to the KGB's favorite holiday resort............................. Kolyma Siberia.

    He did exactly the same thing when he was Prime Minister; he transferred powers to the President, because he was approaching his term limit as PM. Now he's approaching his term limit as President, and wants to create a new role in order to stay in power.
