Former interim Conservative leader Rona Ambrose is thinking over the possibility of leadership bid, a source with close knowledge of the situation has told CTV News.

    She's certainly got all the qualifications. Woman, conservative, loves hating on Trudeau, is well spoken and will be willing to attack the PM for his indiscretions. Something her nice guy Michael Ignateff like predecessor wouldn't do.

    Besides if she's got skeletons in her closet it doesn't matter anymore because, with our current PM, the bar's been set so low that unless you've been found guilty of mass murder you can be pretty much assured that it won't count against you.

    Either her or John Baird. I'd settle for Peter Mackay too. I could give a damn really. My only concerns are (a) getting Trudeau out of there, and (b) keep the social conservatives & wannabe Canadian MAGA types supressed. Other than that I don't expect anything at all from the Canadian government, no matter who is in charge. Such is the era of statism, where the best thing that can happen is if they don't wreck the place completely. :|
