U.S. aerospace giant Boeing is pitching its guarantee of billions of dollars of work for Canadian companies as well as keeping aircraft maintenance in country as it tries to convince the Liberal government to select a new version of the Super Hornet fight

    This is Canada so we'll manage to fuck it up somehow. Probably by telling Boeing that a $2 billion kickback to Quebec has to happen as part of the sale, for reasons like Bombardier's feelings still being hurt by the set-to a couple of years ago. Just how it's done here.
