ISLAMABAD (AP) — Tens of thousands of Islamists at a massive protest camp in Pakistan’s capital awaited a Sunday deadline set by their leader calling for the prime minister resign.

    Best way to tell if your doing an alright job... have all the fundies pissed at you. Keep it up Mr. Khan, and maybe you can rescue Pakistan from the fate of being a failed Islamic Terror-state. You may also die in an accidental car-bombing shooting though too.

    The "fundies" seem pissed off no matter who's in power.

    They won't be happy until adulterers are being stoned, thieves delimbed and blasphemers beheaded in the public square.

    Bangladesh is an unfortunate country the size of Iowa that sits in a river prone to massive floods and has to somehow support 165 million (for the most part, poorly educated) souls, but its GDP is about to surpass that of Pakistan. Which says all you need to know about Pakistan and the benefits of religious fundamentalism.
