I think this is a good idea actually. They should also replace those tiny bars of soap with a liquid hand soap dispenser beside the bathroom sink. I can't imagine how many partially used bars get tossed out.
Careful you pay for valet parking then they will tell you to go park at some place else and it's all arranged. People show up at my work and we're like um we have no room and if we did it would cost X amount of money. People are getting pissed.

There is a Mennonite group in Kitchener Waterloo area that collects all the partially used bars. They clean them then melt them down and remold it. Then it�s sent to third world. So there are already some who are and have been working on the problem.
