The thug asshole cocksxxxx that did this desires to have his head kicked in.

I am deeply sorry to the owners of this dog. It is bad enough when your very good companion and best buddy passes from old age, but when some low order primate does this it tears out your soul. Hopefully this thug will get caught and spend some quality time in jail

Another reason I won't go to off leash parks with my dogs. There's to big a chance of them being attacked by another dog or owner. But here's the question. If your dog is aggressive, unfriendly or defensive why would you have it in an off leash park where you know other dogs are going to approach it looking for someone to play with?

It's almost like this asshole set this whole thing up so he could take out some of his sick frustrations on someone's dog. Hopefully they catch this prick and someone goes full vigilante on him with a baseball bat, metaphorically speaking of course.
