Two 16-year-old girls who went camping at a large Ontario park have gone missing after they didn’t show up at a checkpoint three days ago.

    See this is one where hopes and prayers are not such a bad idea.

    I hope they are rescued soon. It can be terrifying to be lost in the bush.

    Hopefully they can be found. One of the news stories says that there might have been a sighting on a highway.

    When I read they were experienced backcountry campers and had a tent and supplies with them I knew they’d be fine. My cottage isn’t fat from Algonquin, save for the bugs it’s a pretty good time of year to be lost outdoors. August is even better.

    In the original article it said that they had experience and equipment so I was pretty sure this would end well and glad it did.
