Rogers to offer unlimited cellphone data plans — but there's a catch

Rogers is introducing unlimited data plans with no overage charges starting Thursday. Plans will start at $75 and include 10 gigabytes per month at full data-transmission speeds and unlimited data at reduced speed after that.
