Anybody who has worked in an operating room knows that he likely went in for cosmetic surgery and developed a post-op infection either from contaminated instruments, perforated sinus, or wound contamination. The infection spread between the layers of muscle and is very aggressive, treatment is with debridement and massive doses of antibiotics. If it spread to the brain he could have died. It is taken very seriously. Debridement leaves one disfigured. Then reconstructive surgery with tissue grafting and fat injected from liposuction (likely from the love handles), and that is why he looks that way. With his money and a private jet, he has access to the finest medical facilities in the world in short order, this would never happen. Sinus surgeries are bloody and are done weekly by the thousands and they heal just fine, similar to oral surgery. Rarely are there complications. Never heard of one in my life, let alone to someone with access to world class medical care. This is a BeeS kind of story, no such thing. Just my $0.02. Moral of the story is accept ageing as it is, and don't mess with what your parents gave you.
