I think there's still a small observer force to watch for possible stragglers, like these pathetic, ragtag, losers waiting final judgement in the camps.

ISIS still has a more clandestine, international presence, of course, but that wasn't what Trump was talking about. What he was talking about was impressive. Obama couldn't do it.

All according to a plan drawn up by the Obama administration years ago, with the final result put into jeopardy of collapse thanks to the current POSPOTUS threatening to withdraw the American military presence altogether. And in return the Saudis got a trillion-dollar weaponry sale from the US and Iran got a ramp-up of all the bogus tropes about them in order to justify the upcoming American/Saudi/Israeli attack on them. Plus orange man gets to touch the magic orb whenever he visits Riyadh.
