She is afraid for her life and given what has happened recently rightfuuly so.
She's a criminal in her own country, probably a terrorist. She has no right to jump the queue.
Jesus never cared at all about anyone fleeing persecution at home, or in fear of being murdered by their own government. Send her back to the Saudis, maybe they'll be impressed enough by our merciless pragmatism to buy more weapons from us.
Da fuq you prattling on about. We don't live in Thailand.

He's feeding into my sarcasm.
It's funny how one crowd goes on and on about border jumpers and illegals, until it's one that they agree with. They don't care if someone is likely to be killed if they are gay, or if they don't want to join a gang. But if they renounce Islam? "Hell Yea! Let's help that one!"
Every Refugee has a different story, and they don't choose to become Refugees.
Is it the Saudi claim?
Abdulilah al-Shouaibi, charge d'affaires at Bangkok's Saudi embassy, has, however, acknowledged that the woman's father had previously contacted them for 'help' to bring her back.
This morning, Bangkok's Criminal Court dismissed an injunction request from a human rights lawyer to prevent her deportation.
But the Thailand government doesn't appear to think she jumped their border. Later in the article we learn this:
'She is under the care of the UNHCR now but we also sent Thai security to help take care (of her),' Surachate told reporters at Suvarnabhumi airport.
He said the teenager had told UNHCR officials she 'wants to stay in Thailand for a while while seeking asylum to a third country'.
The agency 'will take five days to consider her status' and another five days to arrange for travel, Surachate said, adding that he would meet with Saudi diplomats on Tuesday to explain Thailand's decision.
So where is this smug claim of "border jumping" coming from?
Is Doc suggesting there's a Roxham Road style problem of border jumping in Thailand because, I would encourage him to try it out and see where he finds himself the following morning.
I say next North Korean who lands his MiG17 in Canada, we arrest as a border jumper and deport him back for theft of the Nork plane. How's that?
And even if there were evidence of "border-jumping," which there doesn't appear to be at the moment, would this suggest that this is the rule or an exception to it?

I think maybe you don’t understand what sarcasm is

Maybe not. Why don't you explain it to me.
Why don't you explain to us specifically how it applies here, King of Wrong.

Wow, yer all over the place today. Are we talking about a refugee, an irregular or an illegal? I'm gonna go "out on a limb" and say she's a legitimate refugee.
Send the border jumper back. All she is looking for is a good Australian job, taking jobs away from real Australians.
She's a criminal in her own country, probably a terrorist. She has no right to jump the queue.

Since your sarcasm is so fucking funny try it with Marrisa Shen's family after their daughter was murdered by one of your beloved Syrian refugees.
