Defender of Sir John A. statue serves mayor defamation notice

VICTORIA, BC: Mayor Lisa Helps and the City of Victoria were issued defamation notices earlier today by local taxpayer advocate and Victoria resident Aaron Gunn for false and defamatory statements made by the Mayor on October 16th, 2018 on CFAX radio.
