I don't understand why anyone would get a dog and then just leave it outside. Golden Retrievers just want to love. They are literally the greatest dogs in the world. The piece of shit that kept it outside should be forced to spend years outside.
Tethered to a stake with a 5 foot rope in the middle of nowhere with no shade or shelter and fed nothing but scraps......

According to the bitch down the street that's what responsible owners are supposed to do with their dogs and cats.
Cats should be kept indoors where they can be angry, angry pillows. Dogs are also to be kept inside where they can be petted and told how good they are.
